What does a coaching partnership look like?
We'll schedule a discussion or series of discussions to fully explore your primary goal.
We'll discuss what has been successful in the past and what you believe can be successful now.
We'll discuss your strengths and challenges and develop a plan for accomplishing your goal(s).
Through understanding what you are facing you will be able to consider options for moving toward your goal(s) and we can create action plans to support you in your journey.
I will help with strategies, practical tools to help, encouragement, and accountability.
You should expect to experiment with new ways of thinking and different approaches to problem solving and communicating.
Growth and success happens in the time between our sessions when you put in the work to make a difference.
