James Castleberry has been involved in leadership and organizational development for over 25 years.  He has personally developed and led teams with team members from corporate and military organizations from across the United States, the European Union, and NATO and allied countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Japan, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, Panama, and Afghanistan. 

These high functioning teams have been built on foundations of trust and devotion to causes greater than the individual teams and their members. Each team member understands their importance to accomplishing organizationals goals and embraces and experiences a deeper feeling of belonging to their teams.

Whether forming a team, leading a team, improving a team, or communicating better while supporting a team across multiple organizations, his experiences in organizational development and change and team dynamics provide a wealth of practical experience.  He shares proven tools that can be applied immediately to overcoming obstacles in a client's environment and helps individuals grow into new leadership roles, grow their teams, collaborate better with peers or communicate better with both supervisors and direct reports.

Regardless of whether he is working with individuals in coaching or coaching teams in organizations growing through change, James loves helping clients understand more about themselves, those around them, and walking with them on a journey of incremental changes that lead to greater achievement. 

James holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness and is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach©, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified EQ-i 2.0/EQ-i 360 Practitioner, and a retired United States military officer.
